PackGPT is operated by PackIntel Systems LLP. This page outlines the legal framework governing Phase 1 participation, website use, and data handling. By accessing this website or submitting a application, you agree to the terms described below.

This agreement is governed by the laws of India, subject to courts in Tamil Nadu.

Pilot Participation Terms

Participation in the PackGPT controlled deployment program is limited to selected packaging manufacturers operating structured pre-production workflows.

Access is provisioned within controlled tenant environments. Each participating manufacturer retains independent control over pricing rules, cost structures, and margin configurations.The deployment is conducted within controlled operational boundaries and governed rollout conditions.

Access is restricted to approved participants under controlled deployment access.

Participants agree to:

• Provide accurate operational information during onboarding

• Assign a designated point of contact

• Review production-ready outputs within defined decision cycles

• Maintain confidentiality regarding system configuration and rule execution logic

PackGPT reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to approve, decline, suspend, or discontinue phase 1 participation.

Data & Privacy

PackGPT collects limited operational information during application and controlled deployment. This may include company details, contact information, and sample enquiry data submitted for structured system improvements.

All environments operate within isolated tenant boundaries. Manufacturer-specific pricing rules, cost structures, and configuration logic remain independently controlled and are not shared across environments.

PackGPT does not sell, redistribute, or commercially exploit participant data.

Access to environments is role-restricted and governed by defined access controls. Data is stored within controlled cloud infrastructure environments.

Operational data submitted during this phase 1 is retained only for the duration of the deployment cycle unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Environments are provisioned under controlled configuration and monitored rule enforcement.

Submitted data is used solely for:

• Monitoring of deterministic rule execution

• Structured output improvements

• System refinement during phase 1

Participants may request removal of submitted operational data upon completion of the deployment cycle.
