The pilot is structured around pre-production decision workflows within packaging manufacturing environments. The objective is to validate deterministic rule execution before scaling deployment.

The scope includes:

The system operates in parallel to existing ERP, CRM, or costing workflows. No production systems are modified during pilot validation.

All pricing logic remains manufacturer-controlled and isolated. No internal calculation logic is exposed through buyer-facing outputs.

Expansion into production planning or operational intelligence layers is outside the scope of the pilot and will only proceed after validated stability.

Participation is limited to manufacturers with active structured pre-production workflows.

Structured Pilot Process

STEP 02 — Controlled Validation Cycle

Live or historical enquiries are processed through structured normalization and rule enforcement layers.
Feasibility guardrails and pricing isolation are validated in parallel with existing workflows.
Outputs are reviewed under mandatory human approval boundaries.

STEP 03 — Evaluation & Governance Review

Pilot performance is evaluated based on decision consistency, rule enforcement reliability, and operational clarity.
Feedback is incorporated into schema refinement.
Post-validation decisions are made regarding extended deployment. Governance review includes rule isolation validation and deployment boundary assessment.
