Phase 1 is structured around pre-production decision workflows within packaging manufacturing environments. The objective is to operationalize deterministic rule execution within controlled manufacturing environments.

Expansion into production planning or operational intelligence layers is outside the scope of the phase 1 and will only proceed after achieving operational stability.

Feedback is incorporated into schema refinement.
