PackGPT was founded by R. Sundarakrishnan, an MBA with over 17 years of cross-domain experience spanning banking systems and packaging manufacturing operations. Having worked closely within the Sivakasi manufacturing ecosystem, he observed recurring inefficiencies between buyer enquiries, pricing workflows, and factory-level execution.

PackGPT was created to formalize this operational decision logic into a scalable, deterministic SaaS infrastructure for packaging manufacturers.
